Key Qualifications
· 10+ years of semiconductor or related backend and packaging experience.
· Experiences on high precision die pick and place tool and assemble process is a plus
· Experiences on equipment design/customization is a plus
· Understanding on process integration (wafer or panel process) is a plus
· Knowledge and experience on defect detection, containment, and root cause analysis
· Familiarity with defect inspection tool and ability on recipe setup/optimization
· Good command on skills of data collection, analysis, and characterization.
· Effective written and spoken interpersonal skills in English
· Self-motivated and willing to take challenges to new technology
· Good personality with creative, aggressive, hands-on working style

Description
Your role is to set up and develop advanced assembly/packaging technologies in die pick and place and establish quality improvement defect cleaning and inspection modules for process improvement. You will need to work closely with multiple teams to meet process integration requirements. We are looking for individuals who are very innovative with a proven track record in both development phase and volume manufacturing.

Education & Experience
· M.S (PhD preferred) in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or similar disciplines.

Senior Module Process Engineer

Summary
Apple is looking for a Sr. Module Process Engineer to join Panel Process and Optics (PPO) Engineering team. Module Process Engineers are responsible to develop new innovative manufacturing process technologies to solve complex design challenges that have direct impact to future product, quality and delivery of Apple Displays & Touch. 
Individual in this role will become a focal point in the process development of advanced key process modules from the concept/architecture stage through product engineering validation builds. We work at a fast pace and require everyone to be highly self motivated. A successful candidate needs to be a flexible thinker and be able to problem solve outside of their respective technical area.

Key Qualifications
· Self-starter with demonstrated ability to lead a project from lab scale development to high volume production without major last minute surprises
· Hands-on experience in the development of module processes & its integration in back-end processes of Flat Panel Display & Touch industry or other related industries
· Demonstrated ability to perform DOE, data analysis, SPC control
· Demonstrated failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving for product yield and quality issue.
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability
· Project Management- Excellent data handling, documentation, critical milestone creation, and organization skill
· Ability for International business travel to support project implementation and collaborate with external vendors for product manufacturing

Description
Process technology feasibility studies through theoretical simulation and/or practical engineering methods
Process Development - Leads design and development of technically complex
manufacturing processes including material selection, parameter optimization, equipment, metrology and system design to enable new products designs & functional requirements. 
Develop Process for Manufacturability - Provide early and on-going manufacturing leadership to ensure new process is scalable for high volume
Process FMEA - Lead PFMEA generation for new process technology
Failure Analysis - Lead root cause analysis and metrology development for issues related to new process technology
Cross-functional interaction with Product Design, Display Engineering, Display Operations and international vendors
Keep abreast of relevant industrial process & material manufacturing technical trends

Education & Experience
· Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Physics, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in related field preferred

Regional Regulatory Compliance Engineer

We are seeking an individual to be responsible for all Apple product regulatory compliance activities in Korea, as well as, hold Asia Pacific region responsibilities. 
You will work together with a team of highly skilled project managers, test engineers and developers – both local and remote. You will need to able to drive creatively to improve internal and external process. You will need to have strong RF test experience in BT/WLAN/NFC/UWB/WPT/ CDMA/UMTS/LTE/5G. You will need to have strong influence in Korea regulation and standardization.

Key Qualifications
· RF Test Experience with BT/WLAN/NFC/UWB/WPT/GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G.
· Familiar with RF test instrument.
· 3+ years of Regulatory compliance engineer or relevant experience.
· Open for fresh graduate if candidate possesses outstanding communication skills.
· Solid planning and excellent communication skills.
· Be proactive and be able to be firm with external parties.
· Abilities to work in cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
· Self-motivated.
· Fluent in Korean and English.

Description
THE ROLE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING MAIN DUTIES:
Manage the internal cross function team to complete pretest. 
Generate test plan for regional compliance requirement. 
Perform RF/EMC/SAR test in country. 
Debug RF issue during the test. 
Obtain regulatory compliance certifications in region on time. 
Attend RF/EMC/OTA/SAR etc. regulatory compliance standard meeting. 
Tracking regulatory compliance requirement in APAC region, including label, manual and RF test spec update. 
Work with test lab and government officials/regulators to reduce regulatory approval leading time.
Work with government officials/regulators to influence standards and laws in Apple’s and consumer’s favor.
Manage the market surveillance. 
Communicate between standard engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering internally.

Education & Experience
· BS degree EE/CE required, MS desired.
